Counselor in Training, Intern

About Hollie

I am passionate about working with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, and relationship challenges. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care and emphasizes the connection between early life experiences, neurobiology, and the patterns we carry into the present. I believe that caring for oneself is the foundation of resilience and psychological flexibility.

My vision is to partner with clients as they begin to trust themselves to navigate life and connection with others. My hope is that within our therapeutic relationship, clients experience a deep sense of empathy that allows them to cultivate greater compassion for themselves.

I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree at Missouri State University. During my internship at Beyond Healing Center, I will be further developing my clinical skills through training in Somatic Integration and Processing (SIP), Internal Family Systems, and EMDR.
